劳务外包服务的注意地方有哪些?

劳务外包不是用工形式,其在法律中的定义叫“承揽”,外包承揽是属法律定义的一种经营形式,劳务派遣仅仅是劳动合同法明确的一种用工形式,两者有着本质上的区别。

基于此,两者是不能混在一起去考虑。劳务外包是指企业将公司内的部分业务或职能工作内容发包给相关的机构,由其自行安排人员按照企业的要求完成相应的业务或职能工作内容。劳务派遣是指用工单位与劳务派遣单位签订劳务派遣协议,劳务派遣单位派遣人员到用工单位从事用工单位安排的工作内容的一种用工形式。

一、企业进行劳务外包应注意事项
